The VX-28 is a creative marriage of the innovative VX-18 and VX-11. To all the advantages of the VX-18, the VX-28 adds four additional exercises which work muscles that the VX-18 already trains, in ways that add variety to your workout. For example, the VX-18 uses the squat exercise to work the legs, to this the VX-28 adds the popular leg press exercise. Just as with squats, the leg press is performed just like it is on the best health club equipment. This includes full support, ensuring comfort and safety.
The VX-28 also includes an additional weight stack which allows one more person to work out at the same time. Of course, the VX-18 with its single stack, is not limited to one user, since dumbbell exercises and dips, for example, are performed independent of the weight stack.
