Started Muay Thai when I was 10 years old. Competed before I injured my shoulder that then caused me to stop fighting. Since then I have focused my time learning more aspects in the fitness industry. Weight lifting, circuit training, weight loss, diet and nutrition as well as becoming a Muay Thai coach.
Since the beginning of 2016, I am now one of the coaches at Everyday Athlete Gym in Glasgow. Specialising in teaching Muay Thai, coaching circuit and weight lifting classes as well as starting up my own Personal Training Facebook/Instagram page were I have now found myself busier than ever.
